This is fantastic. Not only the transfer, which takes advantage of the characteristic desaturation of polymer clay transfers to add a certain vintage quality to the piece, but the color scheme of the whole is just perfect. Can I be that necklace when I grow up?
Hmm...I don't remember the material, but I don't think it was polymer clay..it was a hard plastic I think. That necklace was a favorite of mine, but it is around someone's neck now.
ReplyDeleteAlas - just goes to show that I shouldn't assume that just because it's in my polymer clay folder that it's made of polymer clay. It's very beautiful, though, no matter what it's made of.
